It’s 8 pm Sunday night AC for some weird reason just stopped. Sent a text to Chris and you would not believe how nice he was. Said he would be by first thing in the morning. He was not mad or did he act like it was an imposition I was contacting him so late on Sunday night! I wish all the professionals I deal with were as nice and caring as Newbern. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My parent’s air was not working when they came to Florida around Christmas …I stopped in their Berkeley road office around 11:45 am and they called around 3:00 the same day and fixed it in 20 minutes…very friendly young man ……would highly recommend…..
